The Effizienz-Check is a new web app tool. It supports simple product comparison, cost calculation and product selection based on a new EU product database (EPREL). The tool is directly linked to this database and enables access to product information for various calculation and product comparison purposes.

For easy access to the web app tool "tool.label2020.at" (→ AEA)^{German text} can be saved as a bookmark on the smartphone or tablet. When opening the web app on the smartphone or tablet in the shop or at home, the QR code on the energy labels can be scanned or part of the product model number can be entered to directly access the product information in the EU product database.
